RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Artita Gallery, we want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items according to our return policy:
- All items purchased at full price can be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in original unused condition (including original packaging) and the tag must be included with your return. Returns or exchange orders past 14 days will not be accepted for any form of returns.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Artita Gallery is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.
- All sale, promotional and/or discounted items are final sale.
- Please note that all sale and customized items are considered final sale.
