ARTIST BIO
My roots are patterned by my motherland, Iran -- a land of art, history and culture. Despite the fact that women in Iran have limited opportunities to grow, I have come to believe that I am capable of achieving my dreams with confidence and wisdom; like the metamorphosis of a beautiful butterfly.
Aside from representing change, butterflies are symbol of hope, freedom, and transformation. Their transformation encompasses the new beginning of life, they soar to new heights and allow freedom of expressions! We give you that in our jewelry.
My designs are also inspired by mother nature and symbols that represent the experience of being a woman. I strive to represent the complexity, courage and the strength of being a woman through my wearable art. Through my work, I hope to encourage more women wearing my design to leap and morph into their beautiful, one-of- a- kind, true self.

At Artita, we care about our planet. Our unique Hand-Crafted designs are created from recycled unique finds. We upcycle, repurpose and hope to create family heirloom.
We also believe strongly in the imperative need to eliminate Domestic Violence. A portion of the proceeds from every purchase will be donated to charities supporting women who are suffering from domestic violence and psychological abuse.
